Placing an order
Your order will be processed between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day. If necessary, we will contact you right away to confirm any details that require clarification
Cancelling an order
You may call or email us to cancel any order prior to production. However, if production has started, a restocking fee may be applied in the case of certain custom-made products. We can not cancel an order that has already shipped from our facilities.
Payment methods
Payment must be made in full before any order are confirmed. We currently accept major Credit Cards through STRIPE payment solutions; as well as Interac e-Tranfers or Wire transfers. Some processing and administrative fees may apply on credit card payments.
Production and delivery time
Manufacturing lead times vary by type of product / service to another. Please refer to your advisor or sections dedicated to this purpose to learn more. For small and medium sized orders’ production time is calculated and begins after receipt of your payment. Larger orders may require a longer production. Please contact us by phone or email for an estimate. Delivery timeframe depends on the shipping option you select.
Shipping
We typically use Purolator for shipping. Depending on your location, 2 options should be available to you: Express (1 to 3 days) or Standard (2 to 10 days). Please contact us for a shipping cost approximation if shipping options are not available for your country
You must examine the completed order and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt of order. If any items are defective upon receipt, we will endeavour to replace or repair them in the best possible time frame. If our products did not suit you for any reason, please call us within 30 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a refund. Custom-made products may carry a restocking fee. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All products must be returned in their original packaging without damage or wear.
Refunds or exchange
If the product didn't suit you and you would like to return it, we will reimburse you the full amount, or exchange it for one that fits your needs. Custom made products may require a restocking fee. Printed materials
Printed materials and / or customized are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you find any discrepancies in your Poster order, communicate with us to explain the problem and we will take appropriate measures to correct the situation. However Poster Printing services are not part of the 30 Days Money back guarantee
Product limitations
The materials used in our products are able by design to withstand various indoor environment under normal use and conditions for extended periods of time. Apart from the Outdoor Product line like tents and flags, our products are not made for outdoor use.
Privacy policy
We do not share your information with third parties. We make it easy for you to subscribe or unsubscribe from our newsletter on any page of our site, by simply entering your e-mail address and selecting to either subscribe to or unsubscribe from our newsletter.
